A couple key races will highlight the elections this year.
It will be a duel between the two Al’s for the selectman seat at the elections in March. Candidacy filing period closed Friday, Feb. 1 at 5 p.m.

The Nesmith Library Board of Trustees will see a four-way race. Patricia Barstow, who currently serves as recording secretary on the Nesmith Library Board of Trustees, has filed to retain her seat. Also running for one of the three open three-year positions as library trustee are Anne-Marie O’Neil, Mimi Kolodziej and Catherine Robertson-Souter.
