Windham High School senior and class president Matthew Cotton became the first Mr. WHS on Thursday night in front of a packed audience of parents and peers.
A panel of four judges chose Cotton, including WHS assistant principal Bob Dawson and athletic director Bill Raycraft.
Placing runner-up in the inaugural event was Colby Putnam. 13 total students competed for the title in a goofy, comedic night filled with talented performances and quirky displays.
All proceeds for the event went to WHS Student Council.
We will have more video of some of the sights and sounds from the event later today or tomorrow, including the introductions, talent portion, best legs competition and more.
