Windham State Rep Arrested After Domestic Incident
The arrest took place on Tuesday night.
WMUR has reported that a Windham representative was arrested on Tuesday night following a domestic incident.
Police charged Rep. Charles McMahon with obstructing report of crime or injury after he attempted to stop someone from making an emergency call.
