They are: Budget, Business Outreach and Office Administration.
More players could be named later. In today's announcement, the lineup looks like this:
Business Outreach team: Sean O'Kane, a co-chairman of the transition team; former Department of Resources and Economic Development Commissioner George Bald; Zenagui Brahim, executive director of the New Hampshire Manufacturing Extension Partnership; and Gray Chynoweth, COO of Dyn.
Budget Transition Outreach team: former state Sen. and transition co-chair Kathy Sgambati; John Beardmore, director of administration for the Department of Safety and budget director for Governor Lynch; John Wallace, retired associate commissioner of the Department of Health and Human Services; and Joseph Bouchard, assistant commissioner of Administrative Services.
Office Administration team: Alice Chamberlin, former special assistant to Governor Lynch for national resources, energy and transportation policy; Jennifer Frizzell, former Senate Policy Director and adviser to Planned Parenthood of Northern New England; Steve Gordon, an attorney and director at Shaheen & Gordon; and Michael Vlacich, former director of the New Hampshire Division of Economic Development and state director for U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen.

Outreach means identifying some talented and qualified people to work in her administration. She's not going to fill the positions with political hacks which is a good thing!

Doubtful, I said "talented and qualified".
