More About Tim Barchard's Professional Martial Arts Academy
In our program we have three main goals.
Our first goal is self defense; teaching kids to defend themselves. We will teach them to use their mind their words their legs how to ask for help before it becomes a physical matter. If it does become a physical matter we will give them the tools to defend themselves and get away from a situation.
Second thing is basic athletic ability strengthening the body flexibility and coordination.
Third thing our program works is discipline and respect. Our programs are based on good morals and good values.
