Flash Flood Watch in Effect for Windham

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect from 2 to 10 p.m. Wednesday for Windham and much of the rest of southern New Hampshire, according to the National Weather Service.

Thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall rates later Wednesday afternoon and evening which could result in localized flash flooding. Flooding in creeks and streams could lead to high water on some low-lying roads.

A Flash Flood Watch means conditions may develop that lead to dangerous flooding.
