We are pleased to announce the business that received the most votes from the fitness category of our Best of Windham Business Tournament: Infinite Fitness & Personal Training.
A total of 45 percent of the votes went toward that business, with many praising trainer Gerry Blais for his impact.
Infinite Fitness will move on to the second round of voting, which will take place on May 28. They will be joined by the winners of category 2 (best salon/spa/barber shop) and category 3 (best health care provider).

A clarification on some of the rules moving forward: the rest of the tournament will be in the comment format we changed to after our poll glitches earlier in the week. You may also send votes via email but know that we will post them publicly.
We once again apologize for the inconvenience regarding the unforeseen circumstances that caused the format change, and hope to provide a smooth event going forward.

Also, comments for local businesses are meant to be positive. You are voting for a business, not writing why you dislike others. Any negative comment during the tournament will be removed. This wasn't a problem at all over the past week, which we appreciate, but we think it is important to address this as the tournament moves forward.
Congrats again to Infinite Fitness, and look for Category 2: Best Barber Shop/Salon/Spa to begin on Monday. Going forward, the deadline will be Friday at 5 p.m.
