Letter: 2014 Business Visitation Program

As the Community Development Director for the Town of Windham, I would like to invite Windham Businesses to participate in the 2014 Business Visitation Program.  The Program entails me visiting with you for approximately an hour at your place of business, or at a location convenient for you, to learn about you, your company and your Windham experience. 

The aim of the 2014 Business Visitation Program is to encourage an open and collaborative relationship between Windham’s business community and myself. I would like your help improving Windham’s business environment and assistance in encouraging economic growth.

My visit’s primary goals are to:

Ø  Demonstrate the community’s support for Windham’s businesses;

Ø  Uncover opportunities to improve the business climate in the Town to benefit existing businesses and attract new businesses; and

Ø  Learn about concerns, problems, and anticipated needs that local businesses face and explore solutions.

Your participation in the 2014 Business Visitation Program will allow me to better serve as an advocate for the business community within Town government.  I also wish to give you the opportunity to establish a relationship with me should you have future questions, issues, or need assistance. 

As an added bonus, participating businesses will be recognized in the Town’s 2014 Annual Report.
