Looking for Roomates....

Hello Everyone! Please feel free to share with anyone that might be interested.... : )  Thank you!!!   So, my roommate is moving out… So I am looking for someone (2 rooms available) at the beginning of February, would consider a later date with deposit. I will consider both male or female, but I am looking for someone (2 people as there are 2 rooms open - or a couple/friends) that is clean, responsible, and professional. Ideal person would be in their 20's to 30's.   The house is new, beautiful/luxury, clean, furnished, and there is plenty of private parking and indoor/outdoor space. There is a finished basement with laundry (w/ new washer & dryer) and storage. The Windham Town Forest and Windham junction trails are nearby, great for running and keeping those New Year’s Resolutions. There is a big beautiful backyard with a in-ground pool and hot tub for the summer months.

Location - Derry/Windham NH (2 mins from Route 28) - The house is 20 minutes from Manchester and 10 mins to Salem, and 45 mins from Portsmouth/Boston. Super easy access to 93!!!

Email me for rent details - ( rent can include a monthly cleaning of common areas, bathrooms, WIFI, Cable, Heat (Oil and Gas Fireplace), Electricity, property maintenance, A/C). The rooms can be furnished if needed.
