Arbonne Healthy Happy Hour!

This free presentation by Dr. Sue Cooke addresses ways to identify foods in your diet that may be sabotaging your health and wellness goals. It also aims to clear up misconceptions about terms like "clean eating" and "detoxing" as well as clarifying the difference between gluten sensitivity and celiac disease. As part of the presentation, I will discuss how nutrition products from Arbonne's gluten-free, botanically-based product line can be integrated into a healthy diet to make the transition to healthy eating easier. However, many of the principals we will discuss can be applied to your diet without using any of our products! I will also have samples on hand for you to try for yourself if you are interested. Also, free babysitting will be available during the event.
