Windham Republican Town Committee Meeting

The Honorable Jim Rubens, former NH Senator, will be the guest speaker at the Windham GOP Town Committee meeting on October 15 at 7 pm.  He is one of the Republican candidates running for the US Senate to replace Jeanne Shaheen in 2014.

Jim Rubens' distinguished career includes many business, civic, and legislative accomplishments.  He served two terms in the New Hampshire State Senate and ran for governor in 1998. He chaired the platform committee for the New Hampshire Republican Party in 2000. He served as spokesman and senior policy advisor to former Senator Gordon Humphrey in his 2002 run for governor. Jim Rubens was past board president of Headrest, providing substance abuse counseling and a suicide prevention hotline serving VT and NH.  He has founded over a dozen businesses and makes his living as an angel investor in New England technology and healthcare startups.
