“The company has a program called Liberty Days,” said Sherry, “Each employee is encouraged to take up to three days per year, with pay, to volunteer for community organizations in our service territory. This type of company support really weaves community service into the fabric of the company. We participate in many events as a company such as the United Way Day of Caring and volunteering every month at the Sonshine Soup Kitchen in Derry, but we also encourage employees to serve organizations of their choosing.”
