Though closed on Christmas Day and on New Year's Day, the Windham Transfer Station, located at 2 Ledge Road, will have special hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
On both Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 31, the transfer station will be open from from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All town and federal offices will also be closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day, but the Windham Town Clerk's Office is open on Saturday, Dec. 28, from 9 a.m. to noon.
