Former Windham Deputy Fire Chief Dies at 65

Edgewater, FL — Willard John "Bill" Wallace, 65, formerly of Windham, N.H., died on July 13, 2013.

Bill was born on February 21, 1948, in Lowell, Mass., to Willard Patrick and Mary (Mackey) Wallace. He married his best friend and loving wife, Catherine B. Wallace, on June 28, 1969. They lived in Windham for over 50 years, and moved to Edgewater, Fla., in 2005.

He retired as Deputy Fire Chief of the Windham Fire Department in 1997, with 31 years of service.
