Christmas Lights/taxes

My family moves to Windham four years ago I'm that time I've seen a steady increase in our taxes. I don't know who is responsible for putting up the lights at Searles Castle but for the second year in a row I personally think they look terrible. They look messy and thrown up there as if the person could care less. I wouldn't want to throw a party there. For a town where we spend so much in taxes it would be nice if we took some extra time in how we decorate for the Holidays and in our towns landscaping because I have to say again it's disappointing not only now at the holidays bit also in the summer when the grass doesn't get cut and weeds don't get pulled!
