The Real Story

To my Windham friends,
There is a Facebook thread going around accusing Ken Eyring of yelling at “attendees” during the candidate’s night. Truth be told the “attendees” were Mike and Wendy Joanis and they were yelling at Ken because they did not like what he had to say. I know this because it happened in the hallway at Town Hall and I was standing right there. I understand people are passionate about their side of the debate but I have a big issue when people are willing to lie about facts or lie by omitting all the facts. The author of the letter had no issues pointing Ken out but obviously realized that naming Mike and Wendy would have changed the context of what was being said. What is even sadder is that I have replied to a couple of these threads only to have it deleted so people do not see the truth. Throughout this election season I have remained neutral because I have to work with whomever is elected but I will not stand by while current school board members are willing to attack a candidate’s character with lies. That being said I am putting out who I am voting for which is Ken Eyring and Sean Donahue. Both of these individuals want what is best for our kids, our district and tax paying residents. Over the years, we as residents, have elected the same small group of friends to the School Board. Look at the last 5 to 7 years of voting history and ask yourself what major issues has the School Board been able to accomplish, excluding the High School. The definition on insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. So do we really want to elect the same group of friends again? Please Join me on March 11th by supporting Ken Eyring and Sean Donahue.
