12 Year Old Faces Criminal Threatening Charge

A Windham man was also arrested for littering.

The following arrest information was supplied by the Windham Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Nov. 5

  • 9:14 a.m.: Police received a report of lost property at Windham Town Hall on North Lowell Road.
  • 9:46 a.m.: Essence S. Thompson, 22, of 3 Rodean Drive, Apt. #101, Nashua was issued a summons for suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation/suspension.
  • 2:26 p.m.: A 12-year-old juvenile was issued a summons for criminal threatening/physical conduct with a deadly weapon following an incident at Windham Middle School on Lowell Road.
  • 4:04 p.m.: Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle on Aberdeen Street.
  • 5:56 p.m.: Dan Apice, 52, of 49 Goodhue Road, Windham was charged with unlawful activities; litter control.
  • 9:38 p.m.: Police received a report of a suspicious person on Barker Road.
