11:43 a.m. Justin J. McInnes, 23, of Jenny Dickie Hill Road in Derry is charged as a habitual offender, tampering with witnesses & informants (obstructing), false report to law enforcement and failure to yield at stop or yield sign.
7:07 p.m. Harassment is reported at Windham Deli on Indian Rock Road.
7:27 p.m. Suspicious activity is reported on Mammoth Road.
7:39 p.m. Suspicious vehicle is reported heading west bound on Indian Rock Road.
