Vigil Held for Windham Teen Found Dead in Portsmouth

Jonathan Zygmont was "somebody worth knowing."

A vigil was held for a University of New Hampshire student found dead in Portsmouth last month.

Jonathan Zymont, 19, of Windham, was found in the Piscataqua River near Prescott Park on Sun., Sept. 29 after he was reported missing.

Authorities said Zygmont may have been experiencing relationship difficulties and was "despondent."

UNH students gathered for a vigil in Durham Wednesday, according to The New Hampshire.

"He was somebody worth knowing," one student said.
