Freezing Rain Advisory in Effect for Windham

Here are five things you should know today in Windham.

1. Freezing rain advisory. The National Weather Service has a freezing rain advisory in effect through 4 p.m. Monday. Ice may accumulate up to a quarter inch on local roadways. Areas of dense fog may also reduce visibility to a quarter-mile or less. Drive safe, Windham!

2. The weatherman says ... Today's forecasted high, according to Weather.com, is 42 degrees with a 100-percent chance of rain. The overnight low is 29 degrees with a 30-percent chance of precipitation.

3. No school this week. Don't forget, Windham schools are off from school through New Years Day. Students return on Thursday, Jan. 2.
