Plan Calls for Knocking Down 3 Buildings

The proposal, which includes a new Dunkin' Donuts, will go before the Planning Board tonight.

A plan that calls for knocking down three existing buildings and putting up a new facility that would house a Dunkin' Donuts and two other office or retail tenants gets its first hearing before the Planning Board on Wednesday night.

The board is scheduled to review the preliminary major site plan application and major watershed application for 43 Range Road. The property is located in the Cobbetts Pond and Canobie Lake Watershed Protection District.

The applicant, Peter Zohdi of Edward N. Herbert Associates LLC, on behalf of Cafua Realty Trust Lic, LLC, is proposing to demolish the three existing buildings on the site and construct a new, 7,308-square-foot building which will consist of a Dunkin' Donuts and two office or retail spaces.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. in the Community Development Department at Windham Town Hall. To view the full agenda, click here.
