Windham High School Band & Choir Winter Concerts

Come and enjoy the sounds of the season at the Windham High School Annual Winter Concerts.

The WHS band will perform on Wednesday, December 11th. Performing groups will include the Windham High School Jazz Ensemble, Honors Wind Ensemble, and Concert Band.

The WHS Choir Concert will take place on December 12th, with performances by the Concert Choir, Honors Chamber Choir, and the A Cappella Choir.

The Band and Choir will both be traveling in the spring. The WHS Band will be performing at New York City’s prestigious Carnegie Hall and the WHS Choir will be participating in an On-Broadway theatre workshop in NYC: the hub of live theater. 

Both groups are working hard to fundraise for their trips. The Windham Endowment for Community Advancement, a huge supporter of music education in our community, has extended a very generous challenge by offering a dollar-for-dollar match up to $1000, on donations collected between both concert.  The donations and matching contributions will help defray the costs of the WHS band and choir students’ trips.
