Joseph Ida, 23, was charged today on felony counts of controlled drug possession and manufacture.
A man has been arrested as a result of a week-long investigation into last week's death of a 20-year-old woman in Windham, according to police.
Joseph Ida, 23, of 8 Bear Hill Road was arrested Dec. 29 on one count of possession of a controlled drug and one count of manufacture of a controlled drug. Both are Class B felonies.

The arrest is in connection with the death of 20-year-old Ellie Morin, who was found in a home on Bear Hill Road on Dec. 21.
A Hazardous Materials unit was later called to that scene to investigate.
Morin was a Salem High School graduate and a student at the University of New Hampshire.
Ida posted a cash bail of $25,000. He is scheduled to be arraigned at Salem District Court on Feb. 6.
The investigation is still ongoing to determine whether additional charges are appropriate.
